In the Community

Kendrick volunteers at local organizations, attends community education events, and is available to speak at your event.  See below for highlights!

Mohawk & Hudson River Humane Society  (MHRHS)

Kendrick’s love of animals compelled her to start a relationship with the Mohawk & Hudson River Humane Society in April of 2008.  She is now an official volunteer dog care assistant.  She volunteers time each week to bathe and groom dogs on site, helping to spruce them up to find loving homes more quickly.
No bones about it ... it works!

Kendrick also walks and plays with the dogs, cleans cages, helps with community events, etc.  (They always need more volunteers if you're looking for a great opportunity to give back to your community!)

Latham Ridge Elementary
Kendrick recently worked with the MHRHS and a 5th and 6th grade service group at Latham Ridge Elementary school.  The students made beds for the dogs and cats awating adoption at the MHRHS.  Kudos to the kids!
